We, James and Victoria Trinh decided in June of 2012 to quit our jobs and move ourselves and our three boys: Peter (9), Jaekob (5) & Lucas (3) 300 miles away to open a Vietnamese restaurant. We chose Denton, Texas as the place to reboot our lives. Denton is an amazing town north of Dallas. It is a vibrant community full of people who are open minded and kind hearted. As a college town, there is a great music and art environment. It was a great fit to the kind of cuisine we wanted to offer. We loved it the moment we visited. There’s no other place we would want to be.
